We only supply within Europe. We send our deliveries with PostNord. You will receive a notification either via email or SMS when your package has arrived. If you have a separate mailbox, the item can come directly to it. If you do not get any of these, look out for the mailbox after an avi. You then pick up the package at the nearest pickup point. If a complete delivery of your order cannot be made because individual products are not in stock, these will be sent separately as soon as they are in stock again at no extra cost.
NORMAL DELIVERY IS 2 - 5 WORKING DAYS IN SWEDEN AND 6 - 10 WORKING DAYS TO THE REST OF EUROPE
The order will be shipped the same day for purchases made Monday to Thursday before XNUM. Orders made during the weekend / public holidays are sent to the next weekday. The normal time is 11.00-2 working days until your parcel is at your local representative or in your mailbox. If your shipment has not arrived at you after 5 working days, please email us. In the event of any delay in your delivery, which we are aware of, we will inform you directly of the reason for this and announce a new time for delivery.
Your shipment is traceable. To follow your shipment, you can click on the link in the email we send to you that your order has been completed.
