We deliver throughout Europe. We send our deliveries with PostNord. You will receive a notification either by e-mail or SMS when your package has arrived. The shipment can be delivered directly if you have your own mailbox. If you do not get any of these, look out for the mailbox after an avi. You then pick up the package at the nearest pickup point. If a complete delivery of your order cannot be made because individual products are not in stock, these will be sent separately as soon as they are in stock again at no extra cost.
NORMAL DELIVERY TIME 2-5 WORKING DAYS IN SWEDEN AND 6 - 10 WORKING DAYS TO THE REST OF EUROPE
The order will be shipped the same day for purchases made on working days before 14.00 PM. Orders made during the weekend / public holidays are sent next working day. The normal time is 2 - 5 working days until your package is available at your local representative or in your mailbox. In the event of any delay in your delivery, we will inform you directly of the reason for this and will notify you of a new date for delivery.

WE HAVE NO SUBSCRIPTIONS
We do not use subscriptions at all. When you want to buy more products you have to place a new order.
All prices include Swedish VAT of 12%. Any VAT that may be added in countries other than Sweden is paid by the customer.
Customers who order from countries other than Sweden may be required to pay customs fees. Customs fee is not included in the price and is not reported until you confirm your purchase. Any customs fee is paid by the customer to the customs in the country we deliver to.
According to the Distance Contract Act, you as a consumer have the right to undo your purchase without special reason within 14 days from the time you received the goods. For food supplements, hygiene items and consumables, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the packaging is broken. When returning a product you are responsible for any damage that may occur during the transport. To return the product, follow the instructions in section Return. Please note that return postage and packaging are always paid by you as a customer.
NOT CLAIMED PACKAGE
You have 14 days to pick up the package after you receive a notification. Then the package goes back to us and we have to charge a fee of 150 SEK plus shipping fee for handling unresolved shipment.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment via Invoice Klarna. Buy today and pay 14 days later. 18 year age limit. It is only allowed to use your population registration address, so please use the function "retrieve address via social security number". Show conditions for Klarna purchase.
Payment can also be made via PayPal. In Sweden and Finland you can choose between Klarna and PayPal. In the remaining countries we offer payment via PayPal.

Upon return, the goods must be returned to us in undamaged condition and unbroken seal. Once we have received your return, we will cancel your invoice, or refund the amount you have paid. Send an email, within 14 days from the time you received the item, to firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us of the order number, which goods you want to send back and the amount including VAT. We then email one instructions how to return the product.
